This initial Application form
An interview call with a Team Captain and/or Organization Owner, which will typically last around 25-30 minutes.
An in game Trial

While this does seem tedious, we are looking for players who are 100% committed and willing to stay for the long term.

NOTE: Our interviews are recorded for training and monitoring purposes.
If you wish NOT to be recorded, please let us know prior to your interview
